Eldest - Surprise

Undaunted, Eragon cast around for another subject. "Why do you dislike Gannel so much?"

She faced him suddenly and touched his cheek with soft fingers. Eragon flinched with surprise. "That," she said, "is a discussion for another time." Then she stood calmly, relocated herself across the courtyard.



This is my first attempt at drawing Eragon and Arya, so please don't hate too much. I didn't feel like drawing his leather cap and mail coil. Not to mention Eragon doesn't seem the type to me to wear that much armour....
